Jean-François LeBlanc brings over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, governance and technology to the growth of organizations. Founder of Cyberallié, he advises SMBs and non-profits on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.

His background bridges two worlds that rarely meet. An entrepreneur since 2001, he founded and led BIOS Technologies for fifteen years. Elected to Gatineau city council from 2016 to 2021, he chaired the Economic Development Commission and served on several boards, including ID Gatineau and the Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport. From this he gained a working knowledge of public institutions, funding programs and regional decision-makers.

Co-author of a Canadian Standards Association national standard covering cybersecurity, personal information protection and connected devices, he turns complex requirements into clear business decisions. More than 60 audits delivered, some fifty organizations brought into compliance with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's Bill C-26, and hundreds of executives trained.
